The condo and location is ideal however, for a family, you need a larger sofa. Make sure to pack an extra blanket if the weather is very cold.

Fun, SUPER BRIGHT, American vibed condo. Great for small families or groups of friends. Well maintained. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever seen.Heated outdoor pool/deck with multiple hot tubs that act as community hangouts; perfect for relaxing after travel or a day on the slopes.Lodge staff are very friendly and helpful.Natural Resorts (the management company) exemplifies what a clean and well stocked short-term rental should offer.Side note; for skiers and shredders wondering about April and Canyon access, the village gondola runs through Easter weekend and maybe longer on better years, though the bus is faster if timed right.

Top Quality Unit in Grand Sierra Lodge

Very clean unit in Grand Sierra Lodge. Everything was new and/or functioned perfectly, no wear/tear on unit so stay was 5 star. Host provided bathroom vanity and kitchen supply kits which was welcome. Frequent and detailed communication from host, and answered questions promptly. Note 5pm checkin time so plan your ski day accordingly as there is no option to store luggage due to private rental. Highly recommend and will rent again,.

Nice Apartment in the Village

We enjoyed out three-night stay in this Mammoth Village unit, which was immaculately clean and overall comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small and not well supplied, but adequate for a short stay. The Village enjoys a location convenient to a gondola up to the ski slopes and some of the best restaurants in Mammoth (Skadi and Petra's), but the Village itself is seeming a bit worn and is in need of recovery at the retail level. Our only negative about the stay has to do with the checking in process. We arrived at the Property Management office at 8:00 p.m., which is after its hours. The office made our keys available via a key vault, but it was inoperable. That required us to make several phone calls before reaching anyone who could address the problem on the ground. When the person arrived to retrieve our keys 40 minutes later, he advised us that they had been experiencing problems with the key vault, and yet they failed to let us know of that in advance or give us direction as to how to get access to our unit at 8:00 p.m. in these circumstances. Very poor check-in process.

Great location in the village

We have stayed in another unit in the past and know we love this location. However the only complaint we have are the beds are very uncomfortable. They are the old school spring mattress and anytime someone moves a toe the entire beds moves. Other than that the place was great! Pool and hot tub are heated in the winter. Rooms stays very warm, and you can walk to multiple restaurants, bars, shops and gondola.

Check in was rough

The key dispenser required a code that did not work. So we had to hunt down the property manager. He was great, and responded immediately, but it was a step that we did not need after a 6-hour drive. This was a "private unit" that Mammoth Properties does not have any connection with. So, the front desk was completely not willing to help with anything. It is as if they did not exist.

Cozy get away

My family fell in love with the condo right away. It was cozy and we loved the American themed items. The location was great because it was in the middle of the village. The condo was towards the back so we didn’t get any noise. We will be staying there again next time we visit Mammoth.

Great location but bad sleeping 3 nights due to snow plow (2am for one hour) and other loud guests on the 4th night. No response from the management company after a phone call regarding the snow plow. The unit however is nicely appointed and very clean.

Unit was nice, but policy of management company ruined the second half of the trip

I rented this unit for a 2-night ski trip. I give the unit 5-stars for location and comfort, but only 1-star for the management company. In short, the management company's parking policy robbed me of skiing on the second day of my 2-day ski trip. I have rented condos in dozens of ski resorts, and I have my own condo in the Northstar ski resort that I rent out regularly. The standard approach for vacating these rentals at the end of the stay is that the renters have to be out of the unit by 10am so that the house keeping staff can prepare it for the next renter, but that the departing guests can keep their car in the garage until they finish skiing that day. Well, the management company of this unit refuses to allow its renters to stay in the garage past the 10am check-out time, robbing them of enjoying their last day of skiing. It's clear that other units in this building allow their renters to keep their cars in the garage while skiing on check-out day, but not this unit. Instead, the manager informed me that I was, "welcome to park in a paid parking lot" if I wanted to ski on my second day of the rental. but due to a blizzard, the paid parking lot was virtually unusable. People who rented units in this building from other management companies received a temporary parking pass that was good through a particular date (eg,"Parking pass expires on 2/2/2019"). Those temporary parking passes allow you to keep your car in the garage during your last day of skiing, which works great. But for some reason, the managers of this unit instead give their tenants an "Owners" parking pass, which they require be turned back to them on check-out, which is no later than 10am on your last day of skiing. Given that you can't keep your car in the garage without a parking pass (on penalty of being "booted"), this management company forces it users to exit the garage on the morning of their last day of skiing. The unit's garage spot then sits empty until the next guests check-in at 4pm or later. What a waste of a parking spot, and what an unfriendly approach towards allowing its tenants to enjoy their last day of skiing!

Everything you needed in a nice quite end of The Village. Very clean and well stocked. Nice art work. Ski lockers were right near the red line bus that takes you to the top slopes, the granddaughters loved that. We’ll definitely stay in this one again but I hope the master bedroom toilet is fixed before then. We had to pop the lid off more than several times and fix it to keep the water from constantly running into the toilet bowl. Very annoying in the middle of the night. However, that was a minor inconvenience considering how nice this place is and the central location to bus line. Thank you so much for making our vacation comfortable.
