As Casa Lluna is a townhouse, the outdoor area is limited and serves more as a large outdoor patio with a pool and sunbathing area
2 bedrooms have two inbuilt bunk beds (4 full-sized beds (90cm) in each bedroom). 1 of these bunk rooms has no AC
The pool has an electric cover, so it can be deployed for child safety
The A/C is available in the bedrooms only and is environmentally friendly and activates once the outdoor temperature reaches 21ºC.

This large luxurious townhouse is designed in a modern contemporary style with every attention to the finest of details and can comfortably accommodate holidays of friends or family.

This stunning property is located in the quiet town of Campanet, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, making it a fantastic base for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts. The central location is also ideal for those wanting to visit the different coasts of the island within a short 30-minute drive.

The house is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, two dishwashers, two fridges and large sofa areas and a long dining table.

The dining area gives onto a large terrace with sun loungers and a swimming pool.

The pool has an electric cover which can be deployed for child safety.

There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor, a further 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower room and 2 bedrooms with 2 full-sized bunk beds each (note 1 of bedrooms does not have AC) on the upper floor.

The basement is the definitive games TV/media room with a video-game console and foosball table, amongst other games and entertainment.
