Villa Yimaré was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024. The garden with its private pool invites you to enjoy sunny days, cozy evenings, and spectacular sunsets – the perfect place to escape everyday stress.

The villa is entirely newly furnished. In the two bedrooms – one on the lower ground floor and one on the first floor – you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), plenty of storage space, and a TV in each room.

An additional room is equipped with a pull-out children’s bed suitable for one or two children (up to 12 years old), making it ideal for a family holiday.

The villa features two newly renovated bathrooms, each with a toilet and a walk-in shower.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers everything you need for your stay: a dishwasher, stove, oven, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso machine – everything is provided. From the dining table in the open living area, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the private garden.

Spend your evenings relaxing in the living room with a large sofa and TV, or admire the sunset at the spacious dining table in the private garden.

The pool is exclusively yours. With sun loungers and parasols, you can comfortably spend the entire day here. A washing machine is available for free use. Towels and pool towels are provided free of charge. Bed linen is also included at no extra cost.

The entire house is yours. If we are unable to welcome you personally, check-in is easy and convenient via a key box. Simply let us know your arrival time, and we will send you all the necessary information.

There is space for two cars in front of the house. We recommend having a car during your stay. You can contact us via messenger or simply give us a call.

Thanks to the ideal location, you can reach two beaches on foot or within just five minutes by car. Fodele Beach offers tavernas and plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming.

The village of Fodele is only 2 km away, located on the north coast of Crete. The villa is 30 km west of Heraklion and can be reached in just 30 minutes from Heraklion city and airport. Rethymno is 55 km away and about a 45-minute drive.

Tavernas and restaurants are nearby and easily accessible. In the village of Fodele, you’ll find small supermarkets, a butcher, a bakery, cafés, and additional tavernas – everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay is close at hand.
