« The place was closed down »

« I didn’t like that the room we stayed in, the bathroom was not serviced/cleaned daily. The cleaning was only every other day. I’m okay with every other day full cleaning but would really like daily bathroom cleaning. The gym was very nice. The breakfast is okay, not great but definitely not the worst we’ve had. Went to the front desk and requested a refund. He offered another room, however, I cannot stay in a roach infested property. Then he began to yell and accuse me of not liking him for not staying at the property. The property has since refused to give me a refund and so did Expedia. I am very disappointed with Expedia as well for offering...
