"Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street. In the main building, there is no possibility to have tea or coffee, not in the room and not in the foyer. "Super convenient and comfortable Pension-style hotel close to Liechtenstein and just minutes walk from the thermal baths. Shame about a lack of any staff, even during the day. Breakfast was better than expected and the coffee machine was a huge plus! The lounge/dining area was also a great place for us to sit and have dinner in the evenings (even if only to eat our own food)."

"The view from our room’s balcony was SPECTACULAR!! Nice room. Clean and quiet. Just ensure you plan on how to get to the hotel. We walked from the train station. It was only a 20-min walk but was up a fairly steep hill. The view was worth the walk!"
