  • Impressionnant location de vacances de trois chambres, trois salles de bains, de style duplex à Malaga situé dans un immeuble nouvellement construit avec ascenseur.



    Cet appartement de vacances lumineux et spacieux à Malaga dispose d'une grande terrasse pour profiter du soleil toute la journée avec une vue imprenable sur le centre-ville.



    Au premier étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un lit King Size (180x200cm) et une salle de bain attenante avec douche et grands placards.



    Dans le couloir, vous trouverez une deuxième salle de bain complète avec douche.



    Le salon et la salle à manger lumineux en plan ouvert sont équipés d'un téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 140 cm, d'une table de salle à manger et de canapés. La cuisine immense dispose de tout l'équipement sophistiqué que l'on puisse imaginer à la maison. Toute la zone est inondée de lumière naturelle grâce à ses grandes fenêtres du sol au plafond.



    Un grand escalier vous mène à l'étage où vous trouverez deux chambres supplémentaires.



    La première chambre dispose d'un lit double (160x200 cm) et d'une salle de bain attenante avec douche. La deuxième chambre a un lit double (160x200 cm) avec une zone de bureau.

    Les deux chambres bénéficient de lumière naturelle provenant de la terrasse.



    La large terrasse de cet incroyable appartement de vacances à Malaga dispose d'une cuisine extérieure avec barbecue, réfrigérateur, évier, plaque de cuisson, une zone de salle à manger et de séjour, et des chaises hautes avec des vues impressionnantes sur la Cathédrale et la zone de la piscine.



    À l'arrière de la terrasse, vous trouverez une douche extérieure pour vous rafraîchir, ainsi qu'une laverie avec machine à laver.

Appartement très propre et très bien situé

L'appartement était très propre et très bien situé. Nous étions proche de tout. La climatisation a fonctionné à merveille. Les chambres étaient très confortables. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Seul bémol : la piscine qui n'était pas disponible lors de notre séjour..

Très belles prestations et vue de la terrasse imprenable sur la ville

Très belles prestations. Confort, résidence sécurisée, et emplacement proche du quartier historique. Nous avons tout fait à pied (plage à 20min, commerces à 2min, et visites des coins immanquables dans ce meme périmètre). Bonus : vue de la terrasse imprenable sur la ville, et la cuisine extérieur extraordinaire, nous avons vécu dehors, avec le bonheur d’avoir de l’ombre et de l’air du fait de la hauteur ! Je recommande ! Communication et gentillesse parfaite, organisation au top. Merci !

Appartement parfait mais piscine non disponible

L'appartement comporte absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour à Malaga. La seule déception était la piscine qui était fermée, on nous a dit que la mairie n'a pas donnée d'autorisation de mise en route. Pourtant la piscine est la première image de la présentation de l'appartement, donc grosse déception de ce côté. Tout le reste est TOP parfait.

I took a long time in selecting the accommodation and my primary reason for choosing the Chinchilla apartment was the fact that there was a rooftop pool. Unfortunately on our arrival we were informed that the pool was closed, in fact the pool was closed for 50% of our stay-extremely disappointing, this was a special trip for my family as my son and granddaughter were on holiday from Australia. I felt very justified in requesting a 100 refund as the apartment was very expensive but Solago refused my request. I feel very unhappy with this outcome and will not use this company again.

Really clean, spacious , well equipped, comfortable and modern apartment . It was quiet despite central , convenient location. Was easyto walk to almost everywhere we wanted to in Malaga . We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment!

The roof terrace and the view were great. Everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. From the apartment you can reach all the sights and the beach on foot. Great restaurants and shops very close by. We highly recommend the apartment.

Even nicer than the pictures!

The Apartment was very large and even nicer than the pictures in the listing. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the terrace in the evenings to wind down. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet as it's a few minutes walk away from the busier parts of the city which was another benefit. Overall a great stay.

Myfamily and I had lots of fun !

Central area. Very convenient to visit the highlights of Malaga. Very spacious and comfortable with amazing view. Myfamily and I had lots of fun and the apartment was very relaxing and gave us the ultimate holiday. In addition, there was also a paddle tennis court, that was available when we wanted to train.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment with the most stunning views over Malaga! within walking distance of the centre and bars, restaurants & shops. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The roof terrace was awesome and we spent most of our time at the apartment there enjoying the views. Would definitely book again.

Ideal accommodation for 23 couples. The terrace and the swimming pool are the two strong points of this apartment. José was great, he explained everything to us and gave us excellent advice.

At home away from home

My husband and I love this apartment. We have stayed there during the last two years and will be returning in 2026. It has the best location, a little removed from the craziness of downtown, but still close enough to easily walk to everything. It is also very quiet and private. This apartment has many features in its favor including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good showers, and ample storage. It also has a large roof patio with an outdoor kitchen and a great view of downtown. Solaga, the rental agent, has always been very responsive to any issue or requests and the building is very clean and well cared for.

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Flexible with arrival times. Only one minor remark if 4 peoples takes a shower, the last one has cold water.
