It was so small that there was no room for a chair or desk or even a bedside table . Staff were friendly but not helpful. You can hear people walking in the rooms above you and no block out blinds and light was coming through the window from the hallway. Air conditioner was not effective at all and struggled to cool the room. The projector screen TV was a plus and the front desk staff Marcus Abraham Thomas was great . Wish that the hotel free parking could be nearer but it’s not too bad in the end. It has been refurbished tastefully. Still exposing some of the buildings traditional features. The problems though. 1) projection unit instead of TV 2) we stay on GF. Above was a family room that had a childrens slide. All through the day and most of the night banging from children on the slide. We kept calling reception to resolve the issue upto 1am. Nothing was done. My lady went to reception and was told to call the other room directly. This we did the other guest told us we should move.
