It also includes a room with a double bed and an exit to the balcony, as well as an open kitchen with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, complemented by a shower/WC. The second upper floor houses two rooms, each with a sofabed, a double bed, air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony, along with a shower/WC.
