Modern apartment for 3 people, with fantastic views of the city of Makarska, the sea and the Dalmatian islands Hvar and Brac.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers beautiful sea views and views of the islands Hvar and Brac from the terrace with seating furniture. An awning provides shade.

The apartment is 45m² in size, terrace an additional 8m².



In the living area you will find a kitchen with ceramic hob and gas stove, oven, crockery, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180x200cm and has sea views.

Two further people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

A baby cot and children's high chair are provided upon request.



The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet, a hairdryer and washing machine are available, as well as towels and bed linen.



Satellite TV and WiFi are available free of charge. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.



In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool available for all guests of the house, as well as sun loungers and parasols.



On the ground floor of the house there is also a communal room, the Konoba, with barbecue and seating area.



The apartment house is located in a quiet residential area, on Veliko Brdo, the hill above the city of Makarska, surrounded by olive groves and plenty of greenery. The sea and beach are approximately 1 km away. The city centre of Makarska is 1.5 km away.

The swimming pool with sun loungers is available for shared use (2 further apartments in the entire house).
