« Super cute decor! »

« Its an old 50s hotel, not a house »

« Super efficient communication and very honorable owner! Highly recommend!! »

« Charming, calm, and clean. Highly recommend »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend! »

« Schöne, gemütliche Betten, wunderbarer Service »

« This place is almost brand new, very tidy, and well located near Old Town in Wichita. The host was very responsive on the couple things that came up. Also, the space veels very secure. Definitely recommended. »

« The apartment was good. The pickleball courts were not very clean so not sure that is an advantage here. The area was decent. Rooms were clean. »

« Only thing that could be better is the parking. I had a toddler with me and had to park in the alley because someone stole my parking spot. It happens though! Amazing place to stay amazing view, would stay again »

« The place was beautiful and very spacious. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay in the down town area, this is definitely the place to stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere the place presented. Dave was very easy to work with on getting our stay put together. We give this place a 10, would definitely do it again. »
