"Great location. North building has an upscale feel with the decor/layout, although maintenance has slipped a little since the last time I stayed there. Wifi did not work and floors needed to be cleaned a little better. Rooms are beginning to ahow a little wear and tear. Amenities could also be better for the price point. Asked for something at check-in that most hotels would have, but they did not--referred me to the grocery store across the street. Also the shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, wash gel) was non-descript--again, didn't quite fit the upscale motif. Self-parking was easy (with the exception of the $39 daily fee). Would absolutely recommend though, and would stay there again."

"This hotel is nothing short of a miracle in disguised. All from the obvious to the little details, this place was helpful to the max! Being right between Newport and Laguna, all the way to efficient parking, I couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief. The room was not only gorgeous, but safe as it is also useful with a mini fridge. I will 100% stay here again!"

"The staff was great! The place was quiet and we had a great room. We would suggest that, due to the sand, a doormat outside of each room. And we needed to learn about no TV once we moved in and then checked the amenity fine print. Easy walk to the Main Beach for sand with two top notched eateries just a stone throw down the street - The Orange and The Taco Stand. We had a blast and will make our way around again - thanx for the wonderful hospitality Kyle - stay well"

"Met Sara (the owner) personally and she was nice and helpful with travel and food purchase recommendations.Place was very clean and kitchen worked very well.Location was excellent to be a block from PCH and 2 blocks from the ocean. Easy to get to shops and places to eat, along with easy to get to Pageant of the Masters.Well worth it."

"Returning again…need we say more?! This place was perfect!Talk about location, location, location! You can Uber, or park your car and leave it—we walked everywhere! The place was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and we even used the pull-out sofa. My son said it was surprisingly comfortable!We had friends meet us for a beach day, and there was plenty of parking for four cars, so we could all walk to the beach together. Andre and Vicky live in the unit upstairs and are absolutely lovely. Their dog, Roadie, is just the cutest, and they were so quiet and respectful.The absolute BEST part of this rental, though, is the outdoor space. My older sons played ping pong on the small table, and later that afternoon, Andre came back with brand-new paddles and balls. Such a thoughtful touch!Honestly, you could spend the entire day just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.I’m a native Southern California girl and grew up going to Laguna Beach, so staying here truly felt like coming back home. We’ll absolutely be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and close to everything. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and welcoming. Our host was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even better. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!"

"The unit was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, the main AC was not functioning, leaving only cooling option was a portable unit in the living room and a rotating fan in the bedroom, along with ceiling fans in the living room, which didn’t cool the space effectively. I understand maintenance issues can happen and appreciate the efforts to fix them. I was looking forward to relaxing in a cool room after exploring Laguna Beach, so it was a bit disappointing. Aside from the AC and a somewhat challenging staircase, the unit was very nice. Thank you for addressing these issues. Also, the refrigerator filter kept beeping whenever we used the ice or water, and I think the filter needs replacing."
