« This was our first time to stay in this hotel. Food was limited and the room it was clean but there’s some unpleasant smell in the room. We even bought an air freshener just to remove that smell since we have kids. Overall, our stay was okay but really needs improvement. »

« The staff was amazing. Very professional, and polite. It is hard to find such wonderful customer service in most industries these days, but these ladies were all above spectacular...... The Hot tub was not working, but the pool was. A little chilly, but refreshing.... Room was clean.... »

« Only rated ok bc had our dog with us and it’s possible that they just let the room go bc it is marked for pets. The room smells of cat urine, lots of stains on lower bed. We travel with our dogs and have only 1 or 2 places worse than this room. Even lamps were crooked and really stained. Bathroom was fine. Really needs needs better cleaning treatments, new bedding, fix the lamps. Really no reason for a pet room to smell or look like this »
