"The villa is gorgeous - there is a space for everything and everyone! A master bedroom is a spacious room with a big balcony, other rooms have convenient layout, so nobody would feel crammed. Two bedrooms are with bathrooms, so there is no competing for them. It's super convenient when you travel with family members of different age groups. "we have booked a double room with balcony, but instead were placed in a very small dirty room with the air conditioner that didn’t work. The room had a single bed and no balcony. We requested several times to be placed in the room that we have already payed for, but reception staff only stated that they are fully booked. The service is awful, the rooms are dirty and the restaurants are unsanitary. This is clearly NOT a 5 star hotel, and not even 3 star one. I wish I have chosen something else....

"We were very happy with this hotel, for the price it was excellent. We were upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom. Large balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner ok and something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Especially Huseyin on front desk. Alcoholic drinks local, they cgarge extra for imported. Would definitely recommend."
