"The AC did lots of noise, did not work as good. The pillows were so thick and uncomfortable . The Swiming pool and jacuzzi were great ! Breakfast was good! Enough quantity for lots of people. The service offer for transportation to the universal parks was NOT good , it arrived very late!!! I ended calling an uber after waiting for 30 minutes. "

"The staff were acceptable, but the room really needs to be fixed. The floor and walls had holes. The bed was dirty, and the pillowcases were missing. The bathroom tissue holder was barely hanging on the wall, and the shampoo was missing."
