"This resort is the perfect place to stay in Sisters. The property is beautiful. Staff super friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed super comfy. Had a lovely quiet night of sleep. Woke up, turned the fireplace on and drank coffee before heading over to a lovely, fresh breakfast.This is our second stay and we will be back! "

"This is my preferred resort to stay at when I'm in the area for work. Love the resort grounds and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is always very accommodating and courteous. Good place to relax at after a day of work."

"Atmosphere is nice. Room I had A/C wasn’t working. The TVs are a little outdated. The backlight seems like it was going out so the picture was dark. Went to fitness center to fine 3 pieces of equipment. Treadmill, Elliptical, and bike. It’s the nicest hotel in Madras. So they up charge it."

"Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"

"Ashley at the front desk was fantastic, and the shuttle service worked really well. The property was decent overall. The bed in my room wasn’t very comfortable, but for a value hotel it still met my needs."

"Parking is good. This is an old hotel that feels dated. Not sure why the reviews are so high. Employees were nice. "
