"We loved everything about this place. Location was walkable to everything on site parking bar and restaurant was not open when we were there on a Tuesday but we did have a wonderful complimentary breakfast which was amazing. Fresh croissants mini crustless quiche yogurt fruit bagels juice and coffee. It was perfect. We indulged in the smores by the fire pit at night. Just loved our room with beautiful decor comfortable bed and pillows and complimentary snacks and water. Will def come back again! Staff was also wonderful!"

"Our Avid hotel was a clean, well-functioning place with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. And the breakfast food was good, too. When you are looking for a no-frills place for a good night's stay, this place definately fits the bill."

"Beautiful historic hotel located downtown Easton. Walking distance to shops and food. Fabulous restaurant on site. The room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy and accessible. Would stay there again."

"The representative at breakfast was exceptional. I did not get her name, but it was Saturday/Sunday 4/25 and 4/26. She was kind and very efficient. We loved talking to her, and she should be commended for her work. Only dismayed that there was not a closet or anywhere to hang clothing. "

"Stayed from 4/21 to 4/26. Beyond the friendliness of the female desk attendant who checked me in this place leaves much to be desired. Found my room filthy and apparently "missed" by cleaning staff. Was given another room for that night then switched back to my original room next day. The free breakfast was a joke, even the lone waffle maker was broken and the hotel ice machines didn't work. This building is very old and the upgrades need upgrading. The on line pictures are definitely from back whenever last "upgrade" was done which clearly was some time ago. Room flooring was warped (both rooms), room door didn't close right (had to force it shut every time) and refrigerator barely worked. And good luck getting a decent night of sleep, you can hear everything going on around your room and outside including the noises from the highway, sound deadening is virtually non existent. I've stayed a numerous Quality Inn locations in the past without issue but this one might be one to avoid unless you're desperate."
