The hotel was really nice.We have booked two rooms but the receptionist was very nice he gave us a joint room which was really nice and without any extra charges.The location was also very nice it took only 10 minutes to reach Rooza Rasool PBUH. I strongly reccommend this hotel

The hotel is clean with coffee tea facilities. Reception was always at hand to help with any questions. Within an indo/pakistani community so plenty of shops/restaurants etc. Short flat walk to the haram. Excellent

Room carpets were dirty. On the other hand staff was so curtious and helpful that other stuff doesn't matter. Specially brother Imran on the front desk he did all his efforts to find out our lost luggage in Egypt Airline and guided us in the we found our luggage next day. Many many thanks to brother Imran. He's a real asset to the hotel. I will refer my friends with a good remark Thanks

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and it was a nice dang quiet place. There was a local masjid close by and masjid bilal was a short walk and masjid Nabawi not too far from that. All in all it was affordable and and great.

Hotel looks clean and rooms too but not too fancy looking from the outside. The services are provided as needed if you need something they will provide it to you, you just have to let them know. The staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a 12 minute walk from the Haram. There are many convenient and affordable shops and food places in the area, though the area is not very clean. It’s a very good option for those with a budget. However, if you’re looking for a fancy area it’s not the one.

13 minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. Lots of supermarkets and south Asian restaurants around. Staff were very helpful let me check in early on jummah after 11.30am as I arrived from Makkah.
