A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. Community Amenities: Community amenities such as the pool, gym, and other shared spaces may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or local ordinances beyond our control. While we do not manage other units, we strive to maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all guests. Maintenance, Safety & Access: Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation. Lockouts & Key Policy: Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances. No big deal really - I understand maintenance is a part of owning real estate. Upon my return the A/C wasn't working, however, I made the issue known to the owner, and she was able to move me to another unit within the building quickly. Issues happen. First thing we realized that there’s no parking spots, our option was meter or unmanned parking structure that required you to download app. Once we parked, trying to get in the lobby and get key to condo was like being in an escape room. The condo had an amazing view of the city and “night” life. Yes! Homeless people, prostitution, and clubbings. The condo we realized is above a very busy and noisy bar/nightclub. So, we hear music thumping until 1AM. Because we parked our car on the street(metered), we watched all night as people walked by our vehicles and homeless people looking in our cars. Did not feel safe at all. Not good if you have kids, but if you’re young and looking to party then this is the place for you. ##### Met F.
