"PROs: - Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating (Alyssa, Peter & morning gal). - Convenient location - Appeared rm was recently painted - Bed was pretty comfortable - Large refrigerator! CONs: - Carpet & floors need bleach cleaning (laundry rm was being mopped w/bleach). - Since pets are allowed, we could smell dog urine. - Blankets had holes from wear or cigarette burns - TV remote didn't work Suggest a thorough cleaning, scrubbing and perhaps some updates. Again, staff was great!"
