There are plenty of places I banged my head: the entrance door and the low rafter upstairs hallway. All in all nice location, at least set back somewhat from the road and a since creek running right next to the property.
Slight mildew smell, which could be fixed by a dehumidifier. Kitchen was modern and pleasant to use with a small hotel fridge.
Excellent base for my friend and I to go watching The Red Bull Hardline some 7 mes down the road..Excellent little cottage..would definitely book again
A home away from home. One of the best staycation I’ve seen. Will recommend to other's as well and will return to stay whenever I am back in north wales.
Delightful, tranquil property in gorgeous surroundings. We were totally blown away with the gardens and views. Grove Cottage was charming with a lovely layout, fab TV, Alexa, a well quipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and bed linen. Honestly cannot fault this accommodation and we hope to return asap. I would love to know more about Mr Humphreys the original owner and the history of the building and garden.
Directions to the property were spot on
Instructions on entering the property were easy to understand and the property was spotless
The owner was extremely engaging., approachable and helpful
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will recommend these cottages to my family .friends and colleagues
I would definitely stay here again and if it's peace and quiet with excellent scenery then this is the place for you ..delightful !

Beautiful cottage in beautiful area
The cottage was in a beautiful area, well looked after gardens with plenty of kids games on the lawn also had stunning views
The cottage itself was well maintained but lacking a few basic kitchen needs!
The cottage also got damp in the evening so bedding felt damp before you had even got into bed at night. But the fact that it's a cottage with old style sash Windows is probably the reason why.
Was a great base for our needs and happy to accommodate the dogs we have!
