« Bien en général. Très bonne hôtel. Le seul point négatif relevé est le service de nettoyage de la chambre: lit refait sommairement, drap et couvre-lit mal mis, aucun nettoyage avec l'aspirateur, moquette et sol reste sale. »

« Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. »

« Overall the hotel had very nice staff. I did not have any breakfast because of my schedule while I was there. Very appreciative of this hotel allowing pets. »

« Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

« Exceptional welcome by the lady at the front desk. 1st time we tried this brand and we were quite impressed. Top clean, spacious, and well located. We tried another location after and it wasn’t as exceptional as this one. »
