"We booked the 2Q suite with a pull out sofa. The Sofa is NOT to be slept on as it felt like I was sitting on a bunch of springs only with no support whatsoever. Called the front desk and they changed our room to another suite with equal unusable sofa bed. Also, the AC didn't properly work as we had it on the lowest setting but the room was very muggy and stayed pretty warm the entire 7 days. The second room also smelled so much but we didn't want to make a fuss since we booked the room via Expedia and didn't want additional crappy service. Also, they made us come downstairs to fetch the room pass cards after placing us in a room with nonfunctional sofa bed. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, but their hours were from 8 to 3pm (the front desk man was a bit condescending telling us this as if we should know what their hours are) so we had to come downstairs to fetch toilet papers etc. Had a fantastic stay the first time in Nov of 2025, but this stay was absolutely disastrous and just really waste of my $1450. I will look elsewhere when my folks come to visit next time. For a Hilton brand, it's just not worth $165/day."

"Staff was very attentive. We were able to purchase an early check in for one room and the other was ready shortly after. Our favorite amenity was the cold fresh lemon water and breakfast changes. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"The structure (lodging) itself was nice but dated. If you’re a light sleeper the noise from people walking, talking above will keep you awake. The air handler system is extremely loud when it comes on especially if you’re in the secondary bedroom. The mattresses are extremely soft. The walk into the property through the yard is not for anyone with any level of mobility issues. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool looked nice but not open during our stay. Be sure to request parking directly in front of the house, as the residence of the home park in a staggered manor not leaving enough space for renters."
