"The staff was very nice and the location was convenient. However, the room was not cleaned well. The sheets and pillows were stained and had an old musty smell. The toilet also was not cleaned properly. Even the hallways had a musty smell."

Only complaint is that the gas fire pits were turned off early (we were looking forward to sit there after an early dinner) and when I asked the bartender about it he said “he’d have to call maintenance to turn it on” (which he clearly didn’t feel like doing). There were other people outside wondering about it being off (because it wasn’t late and this was on a Friday)."
