"When my flight was delayed an entire day I had spoken to someone who said it couldn't be reinstated for the following day. Once an Expedia agent called and spoke to Rebecca she did everything that could be done in her shift to help ensure they could have a room, whilst being transparent about the fact . Upon arrival I spoke with Taylor and all I needed to say was that I was an awkward position when she not only immediately knew who I was but was able to have a room ready, clean and available for what was a very early check in. They and other staff had continued to be very helpful and friendly throughout the rest of my stay. I, personally, think that Rebecca and Taylor specifically deserving of a raise for all they do."
