Upon entry to The 5th St Orchard House, you are greeted by hardwood floors, beautiful modern décor, and an open concept layout. A comfortable sectional sofa sits central in the living room with a large smart TV and built-in fireplace for chilly nights. With two queen bedrooms on the first floor and two queen bedrooms plus a twin bedroom on the second, there is a great flow to the home to provide privacy and comfort to your group. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Enjoy the double oven and French door refrigerator for preparing a delicious meal and for providing plenty of storage for your items. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers. A dining area with seating for six sits in the back of the home with views of the backyard.

Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is just a few minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renown Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park. This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews.
