Vila Rose is a spacious and comfortable residence located in Vilamoura, ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people. With 340 square metres of area, this property offers a welcoming and well-equipped environment for perfect holidays in the Algarve.   
  
The house has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, ensuring a peaceful rest for all guests. It has 3 bathrooms - two with shower and one with a bathtub - providing comfort and privacy. Some rooms have air conditioning, ideal for the hottest days of summer.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a strong point of the property, with modern appliances such as a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and much more. Perfect for those who enjoy preparing meals at home.   
  
On the outside, Vila Rose presents a private garden with garden furniture, barbecue and an enclosed terrace, creating a perfect space for leisure and socialising. The location is privileged, just 3 km from Falésia Beach and close to Vilamoura Marina.   
  
The property also offers a private and covered parking space, Wi-Fi internet and a television. Please note that pets and groups of young people are not allowed, and smoking inside the house is prohibited.   
  
Located in a quiet residential area, Vila Rose is strategically situated a short distance from supermarkets, golf courses and other tourist attractions, making it a perfect destination for memorable holidays in the Algarve.

Séjour golfique , malheureusement déçus de la piscine qui ne correspond pas aux photos de l’annonce . Celle ci n’est pas entretenue , vieillotte avec carrelage sale et decollé. Malgré nos multiples demandes d’entretien de la piscine .
