HOUSE RULES: ▻ Please do not unplug any electronics that are currently connected. Unplugging devices may result in a $100 fee. ▻ Strictly NO PARTIES. ▻ Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM ▻ Strictly NO SMOKING ▻ Kindly keep noise and activity neighbor-friendly. ▻ Please ensure pets are cleaned up after. ▻ Visitors are welcome but only with prior notice and host approval. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. IMPORTANT NOTES: \- The building is located next to a busy highway, and while we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, please note that some traffic noise may be audible (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for comfort). Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. Communication could not have been better! The place was clean, smelled wonderful, and simple. It had everything we needed. It was a very secure safe part of town. It was quiet.
