This gorgeous, spacious home is conveniently located across the road from Lake Anna Boardwalk, boat and jet ski rentals, a putt-putt golf course, and an ice cream parlor, making it perfect for kids, multigenerational families, even a couples' getaway. You're also welcome to moor your boat on the homeowners' private dock and use the boat ramp across the road or a larger one three miles away.

This home is all about outdoor living with a spectacular view. There's a ground-floor patio facing the lake where a bubbly, brand-new hot tub awaits - the ideal spot to unwind after an entertaining day on the lake. On the second floor, find an extensive lakefront deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, an inviting seating area with unobstructed water views, and a hammock for afternoon naps. Or, head down to the double-decker dock to bask in the sun and scenery.

On the ground level, find a spacious, light-filled rec room with amenities that will take your stay up to another level. Spend relaxing evenings streaming movies or shows on the huge smart TV, challenging your friends to foosball tournaments or rounds of shuffleboard, and grabbing snacks and drinks from the convenient wet bar mini-fridge. If you're visiting in winter, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and toasty! This level also features a bedroom and a bathroom.

Upstairs is the chic main living space with a modern, open design. Notice the elegant rock accents throughout, incredibly high ceilings, and natural light streaming in through generous windows and doors. If there's one place that offers unlimited comfort, it's the great room. You'll be surrounded by inviting, cushy sofas and chairs, a large smart TV providing entertainment, and a second fireplace keeping you warm on cold days. The chef's kitchen is simply out of this world, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to work on. Find a double-door fridge, a built-in double oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, an Insignia ice maker, and a white marble cutting board.

Off the kitchen is a secluded seating area with direct access to a waterfront balcony, where you'll find an outdoor dining space. This level also features a designated laundry room and the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the lakefront deck, a large smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an opulent en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower, and double vanities.

The upper level hosts three quiet bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can actually be used as a second rec room, as it features a huge collection of PlayStation games and moves, a big-screen smart TV, and a gaming console.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
The boat lift and the garage are not for guest use.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
