We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Taxes: Airbnb is currently not able to include the 12% TOT tax (increasing to 14% by the city of Manhattan Beach on July 1st 2023) required by the City of Manhattan Beach. As an alternative you will receive an Airbnb resolution request after booking requesting the TOT tax (applicable to both nightly accommodations & cleaning fee). Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
