Hello, I’m a super host but this is my personal home and it’s new to Air BnB! Be the first to book our bright and newly renovated Home located just off of Hwy 80. *Great for Groups*Easy freeway access makes our home a great launch pad for your outdoor adventures in the rolling foothills and Sierra Nevada. Plenty of room for family and friends! Please no parties. This little town hosts breweries, wineries, and restaurants.....all within a few minutes when you stay in this little slice of country!
The space
The home is clean and easy to live in. There is parking for at least 5 cars.. 2 Bedrooms are upstairs and open living and dining are downstairs along with 2 more bedrooms. The backyard is quiet and large and tree lined with garden boxes of fresh veggies in the summer and the cutest little 7 hens with fresh eggs all year! The backyard contains a comfortable living and dining area as well as a BBQ.
Freeway Access and gas stations are under 1/2 a mile. And if you’d like to walk to a brewery, wine tasting, or restaurant then this is your spot! The town of Loomis is quaint and offers anything you might need. Grocery, Breakfast, Breweries, Wineries!
Newcastle market is a lovely deli and fresh fruit market close by. And all the Auburn trails and Folsom Lake, as well as the Quarry Adventure Ropes course is nearby.

Parking for 3 cars in the driveway and more street parking too. The home is stocked well. Any appliances and cooking utensils as well as a fridge are available for use.
