The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that one side of the bed felt lower than other side.The TV shows channels available but couldn't get. Otherwise everything was good and I look forward to staying there again

Clean room and friendly staff. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was creeking, and could really use a new mattress.

Dunes Village Resort
Very nice staff at the front desk and concierge.however my room wasn’t cleaned at all during stay, and I found spots of blood around the toilet which I purchased bleach wipes and cleaned myself.
