Emerald Lakes Vacation Lakefront Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful 4+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors, non-smoking house, gas fireplace, 2 Smart TVs, pool table. Fireworks, speeding and loud music are prohibited. We require 3-4 nights minimum for holidays. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays (unless you are booking 3+ nights') or holidays. I require to book the whole holiday weekend. Please inquire before booking. Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, non-smoking, lakefront house, with 4 bedrooms, 2 additional, private rooms (3 Queen, 2 king, 2 Full beds) 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, 1 gas and 1 electric fireplace, 2 Smart TV's, (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu account), Wi-Fi Internet, hot tub, small pool table and Foosball. The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided. Amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The house features deck overlooking the lake with a BBQ grill (propane- provided), fire pit (it is not shoveled during the winter, fire wood is not provided but available to purchase) and private dock. Guests have access to a boat, 2 single kayaks and life vests-must be worn at all times. The Lake - "Deer Pond" is non-motor boat (3 acres). You can swim at lake at your own risk. There are rocks and plants on the bottom. Fishing is allowed. Catch and release. You need to buy PA fishing license first (you can get it at Walmart in Mt. Pocono on 940 Route) and then permit at the office (you can purchase in advance, $15 per person). Kids under 16 are for free. Community office is open from Monday thru Saturday 10-4pm. We encourage you to enjoy the community amenities; pools, lakes and sports courts. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool is right down the street. Community beach with a playground, Island Park, is about 10 minutes away walking distance. Other attractions provided by Emerald Lakes Community such as basketball court, indoor pool (it is usually open on Mondays, Wednesdays and weekends. Main Beach are minutes away by car. All amenities are requiring community passes. Outdoor pool is 5 min walking. Outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day to one week before Labor Day Weekend, from 11am to 7pm. Brought our own floats so fun. Fishing was good too. More seating by dock would have been even better. Inside was a bit smaller than pics but we had a great time. Pool table was definitely a plus. My family and I had a great time at this lakefront property. We loved being able to kayak right from the house. The house is really great—it’s clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you could possibly need for a fun, comfy stay. The neighborhood is really nice with lots of amenities. The house was absolutely perfect. Private, quiet and the lake was wonderful. The house was clean and necessities all there. It is perfect for sunny days but also for rainy days. With covered deck, game room, 2 large living rooms. plus the hot tub is great regardless of the weather. We had a question about downstairs door and we got our response within minutes. Hotub was great and there was plenty of space to all hangout together. Kitchen table was great for everyone to sit together for meals and planting games. Everything was exactly as described. The house was immaculate! There was plenty of space for two families. The lake was beautiful and there was endless activities to keep everyone entertained. House had everything needed. We got cold and our host Margaret immediately sent someone over. This was a great experience and our host made everything even better. Would definitely rent her home again without hesitation. I had car trouble the day before we left and needed to extend my stay and she readily stepped in to accommodate my family and was truly concerned for our safety. ##### Sharena T. We had to switch to Inn Kognito1 due to hot tub not working in original rental, but the owner was very accommodating in switching us. My family and I needed a nice break from the hustle and hustle of our lives and we chose this beautiful property. It had all the amenities we could of ever asked for and plenty of room for everyone. The property was well maintained and very clean. It has such a beautiful setting and it was only around 10-15 minutes from town, it was nice to be secluded, but also close to everything.
