Établissements à pavillons à Long

« The staff member running the breakfast area was amazing. She took and rang up orders, bussed tables and delivered food. There was a line of customers, some with long detailed orders but she kept her cool completely with no frustration. Give her a raise and get her some help!! »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Staff very nice. Not a lot of options for breakfast. Air conditioner worked but was very loud. »

« The guy who was there (the owner?) was very nice and the place was just what we needed. Maybe it was because we had ridden up from Galveston on our motorcycles and were very tired but everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfy, the AC was freezing cold, I really couldn't have asked for a better stay. The one item to note was that the toilet was lower than a normal toilet which was fine for us but could be a challenge for seniors. »
