"Clean property with nice staff."

"Breakfast lady was rude and just said nothing is gluten free when asked. Even tho boiled eggs and fruits were there. Rooms were average for the price."

"The elevators are really slow and during peak periods can take you about 5-7 minutes to get down 19 floors."

"Staff check was dreadful. No eye contact or even a smile. Also no info given regarding shuttle back to airport, we had to ask him. Room was noisy due to construction nearby, and other guests around us. We arrive late so we didn’t eat or drink anything during our stay so I can’t comment on those aspects of the hotel. On a positive the room was clean and comfortable"

"My room was clean. The hotel has generally been quiet. I’ve stayed here many times. There used to be a door attendant during prior stays. I saw an attendant one of the four nights I stayed there this time. "
