"Elevator wasn’t working"

"Everything was good and fine until the storms hit the second night around 8-8:30 pm and knocked the power out and was still out when we left around twelve hrs later. We had to use the stairway which had no emergency lights and was dark. We used our phones to get down the stairs with all our luggage. Never once did anyone check on us to make sure we were okay or needed any help with anything. It didn’t seem right. Not sure if I would stay there again."

"When we first checked in we had to ask for a whole new room because ours was dirty (hair in the shower, stains on bed sheets, and smelled like weed). They won’t clean your room unless you ask them too but they fail to tell you that you have to ask for them to clean your room. We asked for extra pillows bc one traveler with us was pregnant and uncomfy asked at 10:00 P.M. and they said yes we will bring them to you in about 15 minutes…. Ok cool! They came banging on our door at 12 A.M with pillows and wouldn’t leave til we answered like forget about it by then? Also don’t recommend if you need an elevator to climb stairs bc there ain’t one, and also the sauna doesn’t get as hot as it should. This was the biggest down fall of our vacation and they won’t make it right as I’ve tried to compromise and be nice with them!"

"The property was clean and decorated nicely with antiques, etc and sat on a nice area with trees and pretty views. The staff was ok, though not overly friendly compared to other places we have stayed. We liked that coffee was available 24/7. There is not an elevator so if you have heavy bags, you will want to stay on the main floor."

"I stayed here for a bachelor trip and it was okay. We can with a group of 10 people and half of who came had to go to another hotel because of how dirty their rooms were. My room was decent, there were some stains in the carpet, but other than that it was pretty clean. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was okay. Nothing special about this hotel, probably wouldn't stay here again."
