"Beautiful property, nice quiet location, nutritious breakfast and gracious staff deserves five stars. But one has to be rested and comfortable in order to enjoy all that. It was hard to sleep with the A/C unit booming all night long right under our window. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we woke up in the mornings with bodies aching all over. Also, the bathtub/ shower enclosure felt cramped and restrictive, and people with limited mobility will find it difficult climbing in and out of the tub. Sorry, David, but we probably won't come back to White Oak Manor ever."

"If you are a light sleeper, you will not get any sleep at this place. It was clean and the staff were great but man was it loud- all night trucks running up and down the road."

"Nothing but good things to say about this adorable cottage. The Hosts were so great! The fridge was stocked with everything we could have wanted….the decor was delightful and the location was perfect, if you want to enjoy Jefferson and all it has to see and do But, if your wanting to relax, sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall and enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine is perfection! We will come again! "

"The Hotel Kahn is gorgeous with just enough updating to make it comfortable but keeping the old world charm. The bed was very comfortable and the water ran hot and convenient to eateries. I will definitely stay here again. Kim the manager was very helpful and we kept in touch via texting. Loved it!"

"The house was very clean and well kept. We had an issue with the hot tub the first night, but we messaged the host and he sent someone out to fix it right away. We had a wonderful time. Would rent again!"
