Enter the flat and go up a flight of stairs where you’ll find the lovely and bright living room, offering a comfortable sitting area consisting of a large sofa and 2 armchairs facing the fireplace and TV. The dining table is located here and sits up to 6 people.

KITCHEN
Adjoining the living room is the sleek kitchen, featuring a marble island and white cabinets and offering all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. The washing machine is also located here.

FIRST BEDROOM
This spacious bedroom is located on the first floor, up a flight of stairs from the living room level, and is fitted with a king sized bed and a large wardrobe.

SECOND BEDROOM
Located on the second floor, this bedroom offers a double bed.

SHARED BATHROOM
This immaculate bathroom, situated on the first floor, is fitted with a single wash basin, a WC, a walk-in shower.

The property is for sale and there may be viewings, with notice. As such some of the art work is no longer in the sitting room. There is also construction next door but it should not affect your stay. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee.
