1 bedroom 1 bahtroom and own kitchen with annex house . 3 car drive , big garden with bbq , very near train Staion and bus stop. London brige only 20 min by train. By bus 15 min Greenwich center. Super store , post office , local coffe shop only 3 min to walk. Also Averyhill park and eltham high street only 5/10 min walk max. Family is welcome. No smoking and pet pls
