Cet hôtel a un besoin urgent de rénovations des espaces communs. Les ascenseurs sont en piteux états (finition intérieure partiellement manquante ou en train de tomber; portes qui ne ferment pas automatiquement. Le restaurant était ouvert seulement pour le déjeuners (pas indiqué sur votre site) et le service laissait à désiré (erreur commande très long service etc...). Je ne vais pas retourner à cet Hôtel.

The hotel is a little older but is a good value. The staff are incredible and extremely attentive. Aarjun at the front desk responded to all our questions and concerns, swiftly.

We ended up getting storm stayed in London, & there was not many options for a place to stay. Thankfully we found here & the staff were so friendly & the rooms were so clean with comfortable beds!

I did not have my ihg card with me. The staff went out of their way to search the computer to find my club number on file and also provided welcome back gifts for us and our fury companion

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and big (room 304) and amenties were good. Bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Lots of free parking.

After a quick google search, the bugs I found in my room appeared to be bed bugs (one found on the curtain, one on the bed). The front desk was super friendly and apologetic and switched my room instantly. I don’t think i’ll return to this location, but I do appreciate the kindness from the woman at the front desk.

The room smells like naver been clean and the next door keep partying until morning and i call the front desk 3 times and tell theme about the ppl partying and they didn't even call theme i d9nt recommend it at all
