The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional London building and comes with an allocated parking space in a private car park.  
  
Inside, you'll find a cosy living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a smart television, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. A separate dining area comfortably seats four, ideal for enjoying meals together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, an air fryer, and a dishwasher, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay. Stroll along the Thames Path, taking in picturesque views of the river and the iconic boat race course. Explore the independent boutiques and cafes lining the high street, or relax in one of the many parks, such as Putney Common or Richmond Park, both offering ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Enjoy a meal at one of Putney's diverse restaurants, from traditional British fare at the historic pubs along the river to modern international cuisine. East Putney tube station is conveniently located, providing easy access to the rest of London. We would like to mention the check-in process:  
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
