« Room #6 was very clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to park and walk right into your room. I will stay here again when I'm passing through. One thing I was not fond of was all the cigarettes butts outside of room 7 and all the beer cans. reason for the 4☆ for how clean was the property was. Inside the room and office was very clean. »

« My only complaint is, with spending the amount of money we do , it would be nice if the had a better grade utensil’s for eating the complimentary breakfast . The knife wouldn’t even cut through the waffles , and the forks would bend trying to stab your food !!! »

« Bon rapport qualité-prix mais surprenant que cette compagnie charge un extra pour le Wifi alors que d'autres hotels plus modestes offrent le service gratuitement. Hotel confortable et propre »

« Pas d'eau chaude et les autres chambres disponibles sentaient le tabac et n'étaient pas très propres. Nous n'y sommes pas restés. »

« Would tell anyone passing through Tucumcari to stop here. The free parking plus fridge and microwave saved me time and hassle on this short trip. »

« Needed a clean spot to crash, and the room fit the bill. Nothing fancy but comfy enough. »

« This was a perfect little suite for our one night stay with our dog. The owner was super friendly and offered us some great dining recommendations. I totally missed the fact that it was a motel with only 1 room renovated so seemed a little eerie to be the only ones there. No worries though we still felt safe! The road noise is a factor with the old windows but keep the fan on and you are all good. The bed was super comfortable. Overall a great option for a short stay if you are in town! Can’t...

« We found enough space for the whole group. The rooms were simple but everything we needed was there. »

« We liked having enough room for three of us plus space to store snacks. The microwave was handy after long drives. »

« Great location and easy access to Ute lake. House has been updated with all the amenities you may need. Definitely will be back! »
