"Brian is very responsive and was fabulous to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and rarely saw anyone. The apartment is small and not a lot of seating but worked great for the 3 of us that stayed there. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of spices for cooking. We could hear the neighbors upstairs very clearly however it’s been a long time since I have lived in an apartment so not sure if it’s a normal level of noise for an apartment or not. "
