The host went above beyond to make our stay memorable. There were a few glitches while we were there (just bad luck) but Gavin was excellent, responding quickly and he generously refunded us a night of our stay. Other reviews mention the water, this really isn't an issue its a private water supply which is common in Scotland.. boil it or bring your own!
