"The rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a long time.
If I had a complaint, it'd be that the exterior door of my room didn't latch without a bit of extra force. I managed to go the whole night with the door not being latched until 7:40 am when the door itself opened a bit.
Also, as I think of it, it took far too long (around 25 minutes with only one person being ahead of us) to get checked in, even having paid in advance.
As well, I thought that the 'to go' option for check out was interesting, but wholly strange that nearly none of it was remotely a useful replacement for breakfast, and a complimentary breakfast was not available, despite being something we have come to expect, since this was the first place in a long time that didn't offer it. We don't always take advantage of it, often opting to pay for a full breakfast, but the lack of it was noticable. Since April, we'd had seventeen different hotel stays each, and this was the first where a breakfast was not offered.
I'd easily stay there for the beds, but that lack of even a continental breakfast feels like a misstep, and perhaps a sense of urgency to check people in would be well recieved."
