« We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness ! »

Hotel felt tired ,lacking attention to detail ie curtain rail was falling of the wall and soap dispenser over sink did not work . Overall OK for one night but we wouldn’t want to stay any longer . »

« The room we were allocated was very dated and tired. The mattress was old, sagging and not comfortable. The bathroom was equally poor with black mould on the paintwork, loose loo roll holder, insufficient loo paper for two guests over two nights and not restocked! The drench shower was right over the bath tap controls and not thermostatically controlled. My wife nearly got scalded trying to adjust the over bath shower. « Very friendly staff. Our room was in the main building up more stairs from the entrance. We were on the top floor. He took my suitcase and carried it up 4 flights of stairs. Lovely family room with fantastic views. The bath was wonderful! Complimentary waters daily and biscuits topped up. Rooms can be serviced daily. « This is a great little family-run place, super central to the train station and ferry port. The family who owns it also cooks up Vietnamese dinners, and honestly, it was the best Vietnamese food we've ever tasted. Highly recommend a stay here! »

« Excellent place in Holyhead. It is a little hard to get a taxi and all the bus stops were closed when we were there due to road work. Transportation was our only challenge and the host was super helpful arranging that for us. »
