"Central location, large room, free tea and coffee facilities. The only problem is that the sound travels across walls and the corridor. You have to hope for quiet fellow guests. Would definitely return."

"Stayed for 3 nights for a local conference (CNR). I have limited Italian, but the staff were wonderful; very helpful and kind. breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced, and the room was clean and functional, and CNR was easily walkable (about 15 minutes gentle walk). There was a local supermarket within walking distance, as well as local restaurants. Very happy with my stay."

"La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. "Bed was very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen - it sparkled! Ideally placed near to Leaning Tower and railway station a 20 minutes walk. A coffee shop is literally 10 feet from the front door. Numerous good quality eateries in the immediate vicinity. The couple who manage the rooms are very friendly and helpful. Great location for anyone with mobility issues, everything you may need is very close. "

"The pictures are deceiving the Inn is inside a big building. There is no parking space in this area at night and during the day you have to pay for street parking. Once you are inside the Inn is really homey. I enjoyed the bedding. Only complaint would be that I couldn't control the temperature in the room. I was hot in the morning and I couldn't open the window."

"We had a difficult time locating this- probably because of my GPS but then it’s a split building and the other half is vacant or being remodeled so we thought this was a scam. But it was legit. Fabio and his wife were very friendly! Gave us a map and directions and a coupon for a bar next to the tower where we had a beautiful breakfast. You can see the tower from the apartment. Which was large and modern. There is a very tight spiral staircase that you have to climb to get to the apartment. But...

"This place should be calle Miramosquito instead of Miramare. This is an outright camp site. And the reality is that you should be prepared to deal with the huge insects that feast on your blood. Bring your bug spray. Overall, the bungalow it self was basic and clean but way too many bugs And unfortunately, the beach is rocky and though the view of the Mediterranean is enticing, the fact that the bungalow lacks screens and air conditioning makes it very uncomfortable to stay in. "10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
