Machines is breakfast area we’re not working. Vending machines did not working. Cleaning staff left used towels in room and did not replenish soap in room. Tried going to front desk and could not get a response. Individuals drinking in parking lot and playing loud music until early hours!

Finally after many text messages and emails back and forth someone was sent out to fix the issue. I am grateful it was fixed that same evening but it was only after I sent many messages. ...
