"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."

"Property was amazing and beautiful!! We loved it so much and it was better than the pictures, the pictures don’t do it justice. Find the gate on land was difficult but they were very responsive and helpful, it was a short delay and small inconvenience. It wasn’t that bad, just something to be made aware for other travelers, I can’t stress enough on how amazing it was!! "

"Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable."

It was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, and closely matched the description in the VRBO listing.This VRBO provided a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and most enjoyable stay in beautiful Rio Dulce, Guatemala, and if we're in the area again, we will definitely consider staying here again!"
