« Host was great about instructions. The place is clean and spacious. The yard is well-kept with frequent sightings of deer and beautiful birds. Aside from groceries, the kitchen was fully stocked. TVs in every room with Spectrum and Roku. It is unfortunate that the lake levels were down severely. The lake can been seen but it is no longer at the place. It looks like it hasn’t been for some time. I would stay there again. »

« Very pleased with the host and the house. House is very clean, orderly, and 100% set up with the tenant in mind. We had need for nothing and the owner had thought of our needs ahead of time. We will be definitely scheduling another stay. »

« The drought has hit this lake a lot since the pictures were taken showing water under the dock. It still worked as a jumping off point for coastal fishing but the water is probably 30 yards from the dock so it did not offer easy fishing near the back yard like we had hoped. Maybe update the pics to current and don't say, "We still have water." »

« Great home and location for privacy and relaxation. I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to stay close to Corpus Christi but not have to stay in town. »
