"I like the setting and the staff is always great. I don't like how families with unruly children aren't reined in. I don't like adults leaving their garbage on coffee tables/chairs after they're done andnot being called on it. I don't like the dogs given free run of the lobby on a leash. Should have secluded areas for pets. Service dogs obviously excluded."

"The place was very nice, very clean, spacious, excellent pools, gym, grill, playground for the kids. Everything great. Just a brown young lady whose host the pool side and gym she should be more polite and sweet with the guest specially with kids. Except it. Everything was great."

"The Riverwalk Inn was a breath of fresh air on our 2 week road trip. The property is imposing and held everything you could want, including 2 restaurants, a spa, pool area, and a winery. The room we stayed in was a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom with a stand-alone bathtub and deluxe shower. It was just the respite we needed. We ate at La Vista on site and it was top notch. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Our sole regret that we stayed there only one night."

"The OMW is a great place to stay. All staff were helpful and some really went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Our main complaint was the long walking distance from the parking lot to the room in the presidential suite. The presidential suite did have its perks with a club room and free breakfasts. Small EV's that could haul baggage and transport guests would be a huge improvement,"
